Greg practises as an engineer with over 25 years experience in the construction industry. This includes the current major projects in Sydney and Melbourne, 4 years in the field of Oil and Gas infrastructure works in Australia, preceded by 4 years on Airport Link (road and tunnels), 8 years with the foremost piling company in Southern Africa and the balance being a mix of civil construction and design for the provision of essential services to township communities in South Africa.

 

Greg is sensitive to his ability to truly connect with people and together with his technical ability for innovating and solving problems is able to provide practical and robust construction solutions that address people first.

 

He has the ability to work with everyone in the business, from labourer to the Client representative and brings the knowing and understanding of who he is to this connection with everyone he works with.

 

Outside of work, Greg founded the Fig Tree Aero Modelling flying club in Brisbane before moving to Sydney where he socialises with other like-minded hobbyists at WRCS.  He also volunteers his time for roles within the student body of Universal Medicine and Unimed Living.

Having qualified as a Civil Engineer and worked in the Construction sector for over 25 years, Greg has enjoyed varied roles working initially for a consulting engineering firm. He moved on to working through the ranks for various construction companies with a wide range of exposure including building township services, civil concrete structures, piled foundations and sub-soil engineering; from a full range of very small projects to some of the largest road and rail infrastructure projects in the southern hemisphere. He continues to provide project management and business administration support to the construction industry.

Greg also enjoyed a brief stint in the motor car parts manufacturing sector.
